Cone Security Services provides security solutions intended to deter and respond to unauthorized activity; however, no security service can guarantee the complete prevention of crime or unauthorized acts. Cone Security Services is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from criminal activity, natural events, or third-party actions beyond our control. Services are provided in accordance with contract terms and applicable laws. Clients are encouraged to maintain appropriate insurance coverage and take additional safety precautions as necessary.

1. Scope of Services
Cone Security Services (“Company”) agrees to provide security services as outlined in the signed contract or service agreement. Services may include but are not limited to, mobile patrols, stationary guards, event security, parking lot monitoring, and incident reporting.
2. Service Schedule & Modifications
Service dates, times, and locations will be mutually agreed upon. Any changes to scope, schedule, or coverage must be requested in writing and approved by both parties.
3. Payment Terms
All fees are due according to the payment schedule specified in the service agreement. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law. Services may be suspended for non-payment.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client shall ensure a safe working environment for security personnel and notify the Company of any known risks or concerns. The Client is responsible for providing access to the premises and accurate information related to the security assignment.
5. Limitation of Liability
Cone Security Services will take reasonable measures to deter crime and protect property. However, the Company does not guarantee prevention of all unlawful acts and is not liable for loss, damage, or injury caused by third parties or events beyond its control.
6. Insurance & Indemnification
Cone Security Services maintains general liability insurance. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from the services rendered, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. Termination & Cancellation
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Early termination by the Client may result in a termination fee equal to 40% of the remaining contract value unless otherwise negotiated. Refunds are subject to the Company’s Refund and Termination Policy.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information obtained during the course of service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which services are rendered.
10. Acceptance
By engaging Cone Security Services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
