Cone Security Services provides security solutions intended to deter and respond to unauthorized activity; however, no security service can guarantee the complete prevention of crime or unauthorized acts. Cone Security Services is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from criminal activity, natural events, or third-party actions beyond our control. Services are provided in accordance with contract terms and applicable laws. Clients are encouraged to maintain appropriate insurance coverage and take additional safety precautions as necessary.
Refund Policy
At Cone Security Services, we are committed to providing reliable and professional protection. Due to the nature of our services and the resources allocated in advance, all payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Service Cancellation and Termination:
Clients may terminate services by providing a minimum of 30 days’ written notice. Early termination of any fixed-term agreement may be subject to a termination fee equal to 40% of the remaining contract value, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. This fee reflects administrative costs, staffing commitments, and the loss of projected revenue.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will only be considered in cases where Cone Security Services fails to provide the agreed-upon services due to internal fault or verified negligence. All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the service disruption.
No Refunds For:

Client-requested service adjustments or cancellations without proper notice

Third-party interference or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, civil unrest)

Dissatisfaction without documented service failure
By engaging Cone Security Services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this refund and termination policy
